Can't reset UI Scale Factor in PSE15

I reset the UI Scale Factor in Preferences to 200 in error. Now, when I attempt to reset it back to the default Automatic, or 100, the screen is so big that I can't reach the 'OK' button to confirm the change. So I am stuck with the unworkable 200 setting. Any suggestions as to how I can reach the 'OK' button would be most gratefully received - I apologise in advance - I am a very new user and would really appreciate some guidance! Thanks.

Or you can reset your preferences.

To do so, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift while launching Editor. A dialog will pop up asking to Delete Settings file. Say yes.

You might need to re-launch Editor to make the changes come into place.
