Can't Resize the App Window

I just loaded Elements 2025 and I can't figure out how to resize the applications window. I'm running a Mac M2 Max with Ver 15.1.1

The Green button does maximize the window and I can drag the window around, but I can't resize it.  I'm probabaly doing something goofy, but I'm stuck.

Thanks for your help.

It can be resized by clicking and dragging by the area where the Red, Yellow and Green buttons are to move the application away from being Maximized on the screen, then when you drag one of the application corners you need to drag just ouside the application window.

For whatever reason on the Mac side, unlike previous Photoshop Elements versions, the resize arrows don't appear when trying to resize the application nor do they appear when trying to resize various panels like Layers or History.
