can't run my photoshop cc 2018

when i try to open photoshop cc 2018 , it gives error

my specs: intel core 2 duo 2.6 ghz

                 ram: 2 gb

                 gpu: intel q45/gma 4500 chipset express 1gb with latest graphic drivers and microsoft visual c++ 2012-17

                 os: window 10 latest version 1803 (2018)

when i installed the same application in my friends pc it works properly

he have an i5 laptop with 2 gb ram but he has no latest drivers and have window 8.1 instead

its not working on my pc
