Can't sign in to Photoshop Elements 2019

I need to sign in to Photoshop Elements 2019 to deactivate it, but when I click "Sign in" in the Help menu, nothing happens.

I was unable to deactivate PSE 2019 on my Macbook, but I can now run PSE on my other two computers. That's what I needed.

If Help > Sign in says "Sign in" and not "Sign out,"that means that you are signed out.

Signed in is Actvated while Signed out is deactivated.

If you are unsure, you can go to Adobe chat and only ask to have your activations reset:
