Can't start installed Photoshop Elements 2019

I have purchased and installed Photoshop Elements 2019, but when I start, I only get option to purchase or enter free trial.

When you click on the option to purchase, it will open up a screen to enter your purchased serial number.  If that is not the case, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
