Can't Uninstall photoshop Elements 10 on Mac

I am trying to uninstall photoshop Elements 10 on my Mac running MacOS Catalina v 10.15.7 and im reading all the threads but not able to find anything around an error message I recieve when clickingon Uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. (Picture Attached)
Can I just delete the software or do I need to uninstall. If so how do I do it as nothing is working and I want it removed
Any ideas?
