Can't upload to Flickr from PSE 2023

Since I've updated my PC to Windows 11, i cannot upload Photos to my Flickr account. I made a reset to my account data, but nothing changed.

I'm guessing a Win11 security enhancement has disabled connection with the API. See Flickr help below.

Hi Nancy,

at this point I think I'm having another problem. I also cannot upload jpeg's when I've opened flickr in my browser, I have tried this on three different PC's, three different internet connections, and three different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox). The jpeg I try to upload is one, which I have downloaded before from my Flickr account. The upload to Flickr only works with png files.
