Can u install elements 13 on a tablet?

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie in terms of posting to the forums and i'my also new to the tablet world.

I just purchased an android Samsung tablet tab E 9.6" device...  so far, i'm able to upload simple app programs....  but am I able to use my adobe photoshop elements 13 onto this tablet.   So, my question, can I install the elements 13 on a tablet?

I see in Google play that there is a free app for photoshop, but I need just a few extra more features that are not available on the app.
