Can you have two versions of Photoshop Elements installed on the same computer?

I recently just bought and downloaded/installed Photoshop Elements 15 and now my previous version Photoshop Elements 13 is no longer working. I thought i was able to have both versions on my computer?.

Update...,I tried opening up my PE 15 and is not opening as well...giving me an error 1

    There should be no compatibility issue. You can have both PSE13 and PSE15 running on the same machine.

    Requesting you to please let us know your OS and the error message you are getting while trying to launch Elements.
