How can I cancel an Adobe Photoshop agreement when the admin console does not work?

Sounds like you've got a Creative Cloud for Teams account? Which means you're using Photoshop, not Photoshop Elements?

Thank you for your answers! We have Photoshop, so maybe I wrote in wrong place and only Admin console what to use.
