Cannot download photoshop elements 2021 file damaged-mac

Hello,

I've tried downloading photoshop from a few different places and everytime it says the file is damaged and to move to trash. I'm using MacOS 10.14.3.

I've reached out to adobe and no one seems to know how to help and keeps transfering me to a different person without answers.

Any ideas?

I know nothing about Macs. If you are using Safari, is it possible to try to download using another browser such as Firefox?

What do you mean when you say you have tried downloading from a few different places? Have you tried downloading from the free trial link?
