Cannot find Photoshop Elements 11 setup.exe to install

I just bought a new Windows 11 computer and want to install my Photoshop Elements 11. Install instructions state to click on setup.exe, but the file does not appear to exist on the install disc. Inserting the disc into the DVD drive doesn not auto install and the folders don't seem to have the setup file. What am I missing?

If Jeff's advice doesn't solve your issue, you can download the program from the Products page of your Adobe.com account. However (and this may be related to the no setup.exe file on the disc), for Elements 11, you have to download two files to the same folder. One is a zipped file that will be unzipped automatically when you click on the downloaded EXE file.
