cannot install elements 2024 in Win 10 (again)

Had trouble initially installing elements 2024 in Feb. (Error at loading of ippCV library). Adobe sent me the fix and worked fine. Now, tried to edit a raw file after installing their new raw file installer (ver 16) and need some 'fix' to graphics accelerator. So, uninstalled 2024 so that I could install camera raw editor ver 15.5 instead of 16. Now, back to the original problem of not able to install 2024. So, found the original 'fix' in old email and guess what - that fix was only good for 24 hours!! Anyone have a simple fix for these 2 issues??

Hi Peru Bob,

Yes, that is the issue, but Adobe sent me a fix, but it is only good for 24
hours, so I will need to talk with Adobe again. I installed their fix and
worked fine, but another issue arose and so I uninstalled Elements to 'fix'
that problem, but then when I went to re-install Elements that original
issue cropped up! Thanks again, but I guess the only thing to do is
contact Adobe again. Mike

Contacted Adobe and got great support and fixed the install issue and the install 15.5 version of camera raw.
