Cannot load actions-grayed out

Hello,

Hopefully someone can assist me with my question. About a year and a half ago I purchased some actions and was able to load them and use them just fine.

I'm trying to edit some photos now in Photoshop version 14, and when I open Photoshop and go to windows up top and try to select actions to load them, everything on the windows menu is selected but all grayed out. I've searched online for a solution but haven't found anything. I hope I make some sense in trying to describe my issue. I don't know if it is something on my end or not but I have used them in the past with no issues.
