Cannot Load Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace

Question

I am a long time Adobe Photoshop Elements user. I recently upgraded from Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 to 2023. Everything worked fine for a week, but now the  editor will not open. When I attempt to open it, I get the following message on my screen "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace..." but it never opens and the message disapears from the screen.

I had this problem and what I was told to do was uninstall and
reinstall...I did that on my own and it did NOT work...I eventually called
Adobe and I allowed my screen to be shared with them and they basically did
the same thing, uninstalled & installed again and it worked so they must
have had another extra magic trick that I didn't have...give them a call. M
