Cannot make PS13 elements work

PS13 Elements: Installing it, starting it, it asks me to log in to Adobe ID. I do (there I see the licence for PS13 elements with the correct serial number). It says: 'you are logged in, go back to your application'. I do, and guess what? Wa are at the start again, It asks me to log in (I am looged in!!) and I can never make it work.

Ideas please!

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try the troubleshooting steps outlined here: Adobe Support — Creative Cloud apps sign-in loop (2018 and earlier)

Thank you for the fast response, but: for the ps13 elements there are no AdobePCD file probably for the full version. I did remove the write protect from SLStore but it did not help.

I am logged in, correct serial, but it is not recognized by PS13 Elements.
