Cannot reinstall Elements 11

I migrated from Elements 2 to Elements 11 on 5 September 2013 when I purchased a package including disc giving me Elements and the File Organiser.

Both of the programs worked faultlessly until sometime about a week ago when I could not get the File Organiser to load, giving a C++ error. Elements 11 photoshop still working.

I looked online and found help to fix the C++ error but nothing worked. I then decided to uninstall the complete package and then reinstall using my disc.

Despite numerous efforts the installation appears to go well but when I enter my licence number the installed software offers me a licence agreement page.

On aggreeing to the licence terms the page disappears and nothing happens. Thus I am currently left with nothing!

I have tried installing using my disc, using downloaded software from the Adobe website. I have also tried installing a trial version and lastly

tried the whole lot again using an alternate licence number held in My Adobe account which comes up as invalid using the above methods.

I can live without the file organiser but dearly want my Elements back.

After 18 days without response I deduce that your 24/7 support from experts is non existant. Curiously anything that I try to make my legal copy of Elements 11 work fails BUT when I install a trial version of Elements 15 on my PC it works, almost as if this situation has been engineered to generate sales!

Currently considering future Adobe purchase policy
