Sorry that you're unable to save image in Photoshop Elements 2020(assuming as you've not mentioned the product name).

Would you mind sharing some more details? As I am not sure what exactly is the issue that you're facing, please share the below information:

Version of Photoshop Elements you're using. (Check under the Help> System info menu)
Operating system and version.
Exact error message (if any)
Location where you're saving the images and is the problem occuring with every file?
