Cannot update Elements 2020

Question

Elements Organizer 18.0.0.0Core Version: 18.0 (20200105.m.139301)Language Version: 18.0 (20200105.m.139301)Windows 10 Pro PC, fully up to date. When I launch Elements 2020 Organiser I get a message telling me I have an update.When I click on Update Now I get a message "Could not launch Updater".I have looked at other post on here about update problems and have not found any answer.C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\ on my PC is empty. Hi Richard,

Kindly try to reinstall the product. This will install "Adobe Update Helper" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\". After that, try to update the product.
