Cannot update in PSE 20

i just upgraded to PSE 20 and nothing but issues. I upgraded because my raw photos would not open. I purchased PSE 20 from Adobe online. Installed it and registered it with my account. When I open Elements and go to upgrade, it is greyed out. How do I get it to upgrade?

If it's "greyed out", that means that you have the latest up-to-date version. There is nothing to update. Also, "upgrades" are released in late Sept or Oct. They are new versions, but are not free.

It's the currently sold version. You can't upgrade until the new version is released. Please describe your issues, some might be new.
