Cannot upload pictures to Flickr

Hello, I have started having trouble uploading my picturs from Photoshop Elements 23 to Flickr.

I get the following error message. I am based in Italy. Thank you very much for your support.

I see the problem also. I will report it to Adobe. This may be the result of some recent changes to Flickr.

In any event, an easy solution is to select your photos in the Elements Organizer and click and drag them to the Flicker upload page.

I'm having the same issue with Elements 2025. I even tried to reinstalling Elements with no success.
