Canon 6000 series printer no longer will print images from Photoshop Elements

I re-installed my Canon 6000 series printer on my laptop and it will no longer print images.  Also other image processing programs will not print.  The printer prints text from windows and Word just fine.  I have reinstalled the program, etc. and noting seems to work.

Any ideas?  I wastold I have a corrupted prointer driver, but reinstallation did not help.
