CANON EOS5D - PHOTOSHOP 15

If I want download CR2 and JPG pictures to my computer ( WIN10 ) the download is stopping after around 5 pictures and 5min later a message is appearing "elements organizer cannot call up from CANON ..... the camera is not connected correctly".

The size of this file is around 500MB.

Why it happens?
