Canon Print Studio Pro - Photoshop Elements 11

Recently bought a Canon 100s, but I can't use Print Studio Pro on Photoshop Elements 11

Ever time i try to load it it crashes, my thought was its too new for Elements 11 so tried uninstalling to add an older version of Print Studio

but says a newer version is installed.

I caught in the middle and don't know what to do, please send advice.

    Hi,

    Please delete the application preferences from location as mentioned in article Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

    Also ensure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. It should print fine after this.
