Canon5D MarkIII and Elements 14

Trying to download my images from my Canon 5D Mark III to Photoshop Elements 14.  It is not seeing my camera in the source field.  I tried this in Lightroom and it did show in Lightroom but I prefer to download images to Photoshop Elements Organizer first.  Per the manual need to download EOS Utilities (if I read this correctly) but it is still now working. Please advise if this can be done and if so how??? Thanks
