Cant get my PSE10 to install on IOS10

Hi there,

I could really use some help.  My hard drive crashed on my iMac and I just got it back from Apple.  I am trying to reload all my programs and have significant trouble with PSE10. 

When I go to install it, I get this error that says:

"Install" can't be opened.  You should eject the disk image.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there any way to get this to install?  Part of me wonders if my 2012 PSE10 is too old for the current IOS and I need to upgrade that..  but I cannot call Adobe and ask as they do not offer phone support.  So anything anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!
