Cant sign in to my photoshop element

cant sign in to my adobe photoshop elements. I write in my email, then password. Then it loops me back again over and over.I work on an Imac. Can someone help? I did get a new Imac.

1) I have shut off computer

2) I reset my password

I don't know if this will work in your situation but it is worth giving it a try:

Disconnect your computer entirely from the internet and activate offline, using the instructions found here. (This link is from Archive.org so it may take several seconds to load.)
