Cant use my Photoshop Elements as the maximal amount of Accounts is reached

Question

I changed my PC a while ago and deinstalled my Photoshop Elements on my old PC. Now i wanted to use it on my new PC and cant because it tells my i have to deactivate it on my old PC even tho Photoshop Elements was deactivated and doesnt exist anymore on that PC. What can i do to be able to use my Photoshop Elements again?

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. Make it clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need your activations re-set.
