Caption vs. local characters

Hi,

Have difficulties with Caption text which have local characters "Ä" and "Ö" in them.

Before used PS7 and everything was fine, but with W10 had to move to PS13 Elements and "Ä" and "Ö" are not shown correctly.

If I look Caption text on windows properties, they look correct.

However, I read these photos with an other app which embeds them to a web site.

On web site "Ä" is shown like "ä" and "Ö" is shown "ö"

As said, every photo edited with PS7 are still looking correct, but all photos edited with PS13 Elements, have this problem.

Is there a setting in PS13 to look for or a metadata to delete/edit?
