Catalog cant be downloaded Photoshop Elements

Question

Just bought PE2020 via download.  When through the gyrations but when I attempt to open I got a message "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: a dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."  This has actually happened on two different computers.  I contacted Adobe about my issue.  They did a half baked work around for the first one, but I would like to be able to use the software as it was built.  Got any ideas?

The title to your thread seems to be different than the problem you have described.  Can you be more specific about what is happening.  Do you have any prior versions of Elements?  Are you trying to open an old catalog?  Is the Organizer failing to open at all?  And what OS are you using?
