Catalog images disappeared [Was Re: Question re photo shop elements 12 for Mac]

In my Photoshop Elements 15, I loaded my images to my catalog.  Then after a few days, they disappeared.  Now I can only find them if I go to their name in my catalog and right click on the name and select

edit and then they show up in my edit album pane.  How can I import them again to my catalog?

    Hi,

    In the View menu select Media Types and from the options please check if Photos option is checked. If not, then please click on Photos option to check it.
