Change the appearance of Editor

Is there any way to change the defalt colors of the Editor's view from the current dull appearce of Grey and White to something easier on the eyes?

The short answer is no, at least for Windows users. I understand that Mac users can make some changes via the OS settings.

Also, you can change the color of the canvas area when a photo is open in the Editor. Simply right-click on the canvas area.
