Changing a red picture png file to white

We are trying to turn a red silhouette to white. It is a png file. We would like to paste the image onto a red bag in printify but can't figure out how to change the color. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Adobe Community! It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the section of the file you're trying to change the color of as it might help understand the workflow better.
