Changing computers Elements 13

I recently changed from a 13" MacBook Pro (2012) to a 13" MacBook Pro (2016).  PSE 13 transferred OK but I am not allowed access because Adobe has my software being used on my old Laptop although I removed it immediately after the transfer was completed.  So far I have been functioning on  my trial period but this is the last day so I need a fix.  Help please.

Do I need to contact Adobe to resolve this? If so how is this done?

Hi Peter,

Your activation issue has been taken care of from the backend server.

Would request you to try to activate the software on the machine and let us know if it still displays as trial?

Regards,

Gautam

Start an on-line chat. As you have an older product tell them you are not looking for support but want your old computer de-activated.

Yes, when you transfer the license to another computer you have to use the menu Help >> sign out or Help >> deactivate (depending on the PSE version) before uninstalling. Then you reinstall and enter your license key to 'activate' or 'sign in'.

If you missed that step, only Adobe can solve the license problem.

You need to start a chat session, start here:
