Considering purchasing Elements and need to know if changing eye direction and even slight head direction is supported. Thanks!

It is also easily done in Elements 2023.  The video linked by Glenn was for Elements 15.  There have been added features since then.  The most advanced features are found in the Perfect Portrait Guided Edit (under the Special Edit tab).

No, it is not.  It is easily done in Photoshop using a neural filter.

No, Neural filters are not available in PSE.

I think you are expecting too much for three dimensional changes of objects via AI (artificial intelligence).

Indeed, you can achieve good results in different guided edits like 'perfect portrait' or 'photomerge faces' in guide edit mode (not expert mode).

I suggest you download the trial verson of Photoshop Elements which lets you test the full version for free for 30 days. That should be enough to let you play and get acquainted with the basic tools and the many guided effects. If that is ok for you, you don't need to download again, you just purchase and get the license code.
