I just purchased and loaded PSE 15. I have been using PSE 12.

How do I move the catalog with tags from 12 to 15. The conversion during installation failed ( over 100,000 photos)

I assume you have both PSE12 and PSE15 on the same computer.

Is there something special in your catalog: many videos, people recognition ?

Can you successfully perform a full backup on an external drive?
