Changing language Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023

HI Everyone,

I recently just downloaded Adobe Photoshop Element 2023 in English.

Can anyone please help me how to change it to Dutch without reinstalling? I am living in Netherlands and Dutch is better for me.

Olá, Boa tarde. Eu tenho o Adobe Photoshop no Mac e não consigo mudar para o Portugues. Apenas tem 4 idiomas, menos o português. Alguém pode ajudar?

Photoshop Elements is only available in four languages in Mas OS:

. . . and just to be clear, Dutch is only available for Windows, not Macs.

The Country/Region selection in the Preferences dialog does not change the language of the UI. The only way to do that is to uninstall/reinstall the program. The language is chosen in one of the first, if not the first, installation dialog that pops up.
