I am logged into Adobe on my account and I downloaded the program but it does not work

Hello, I uninstalled Photoshop Elements 2023, disabled my antivirus and firewall, uninstalled c++64.exe and 86.exe, and reinstalled the latest versions. Versions 2015 and 2013 are no longer accessible. I reinstalled Photoshop 2023 and now have a home page. When I launch the organizer, it tells me to launch the photo editor, it spins, and nothing happens. Adobe Photoshop 2023 is still listed in Windows Programs, but if I try to uninstall it, the program disappears. The same thing happens with CCleaner and Glary Utilities. I don't know what to do with this software anymore. Looking forward to your help.

Photoshop Elements 2023 doesn’t run on ARM processors.

Did the installation complete?  If not, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 (both x86 and x64 versions).

Did you have an active firewall or antivirus protection during installation.  If so, uninstall and reinstall with the firewall and antivirus temporarily disabled.

Do you have a wifi printer?  If so, disable it or change your default printer to something else - even a pdf printer.

Hello, Windows 11 is updated, C++ x64 and x86 are up to date, I cannot install ARM64. Is the problem coming from this? Looking forward to your reply, regards
