Christmas card templates

After clicking "create" and "Christmas card", no templates came up after 2 min.  And it says 0% complete. all the time although action seems to be happening.  Not very helpful.  what is the next step?  YM

    Hi Yoshiaki,

    I would suggest you to try turning off your Anti-virus and/or firewalls, which be preventing the download of these templates.
