Class Action Suit - Photoshop Elements Licensing
Has anyone else been forced into upgrading to a newer version of Photoshop Elements because Adobe could not purge previous activations for older perpetual licensed products. I feel this is a tactic used to back their customers into a corner and force them into purchasing new products vs supporting the continued use of products already purchased. From my perspective this could also be a violation of California CCPA and GDPR Personally Identifiable Information rights, as the activation information also has ties to Customer, Company, Devices being used (including Type, OS version, serial number, etc).
I am speaking with a Lawyer about this and wanted to see if this is potentially a class action lawsuit and get other people that were forced into buying new products.
