Clone Tool Not Working

Clone Tool does not work. Assuming this was an update issue with Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4, I upgraded from Elements 11 to the current version, 15. The Clone Tool still does not work.

Question: Is there a fix or should I get a refund?

Thank you for the tip. I think the problem was within the Mac OS system preferences Accessibility settings. Will switch from PS Elements if I can find a similar product that offers phone support.

Way too many issues with Photoshop Elements, or at least version 15. Been using this ten years or so and now it's time to switch. Can you recommend background knock-out software for Mac that has phone support?

Hi Scott,

Could you please explain the issue in more detail? Do you see error? If possible, please share a bug video or a screenshot explaining the problem.

I tried on OSX 10.12.4. Clone Stamp Tool is working fine for me. Probably, I'm missing out on steps here.
