Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

We need more information to be able to help you.  Please try to answer the following questions:

1. What version of Elements are you using?
2. What is your computer's Operating System?
3. Are you able to do any editing before the program crashes?
4. Is there anything specific you are doing that causes it to crash?
5. Does it always crash when you take a particular action or is it random?
6. What kind of editing are you doing?
7. What kind of files are you working with (raw/jpeg etc.)?
8. Do you get any error messages?  If so, what are they?
9. Are you opening the files for editing from the Organizer?  If not, how are you opening them?

Please provide as much information as you can.
