CollapsedVersion Sets and Stacks

Question

I am running Elements 2024 on Windows11. When I collapse Version Sets or Stack, then leave the Organiser, when I return to the Organiser, those Version Set and Stacks are now expanded. This did not happen in Elements 2023. To make things manageable, I have to go to all the Stacks and Version sets and collapse them again - but they will only stay that way for that session of the Organiser. It is a real nuisance.

I have never seen that happen before. The normal behavior is for the Organizer to open with all Stacks and Version Sets collapsed. Version Sets can only be expanded or collapsed on an individual basis. Are you saying that all of your Version Sets are also expanded whenever you open the Organizer?

My only suggestion is to try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Organizer's Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
