Color management mode resets itself

Question

In Elements 2019, when I go to file/print/change settings/advanced setting to select the Color Mode (always use Adobe RGB), select Okay and go back to the print screen, somehow the Color Mode resets itself to OFF which results in prints with weird colors.  I have been using Elements software for years and printed hundreds of prints so I don't think I doing something wrong.  PLEASE somebody HELP.

I don't have PSEv.19. In my version of PSE, my settings are as follows in Editor:

1. Image menu>mode - - check RGB color

2. Edit menu>color settings - - check optimize for computer screens

3. File>print>more options>color management tab>color handling> -- printer manages colors.
