Colorize included in the $99 price?

Does Photoshop Elements 2023 include the “colorize” module with the $99 download or is it extra?

It's included. The first time you try the colorize tool, you will be asked to download the feature files.

Thanks Greg. I did try it, that is why I asked - because it downloaded it after I installed the trial version.
