colour not correct when pprinted

hi, im using elements 11 which I use for sublimation mug designing and the problem I have is that I can make mug design with a grey background on elements and when it prints it turns out green? I downloaded the trial elements 16 to see if that was the problem but no. any ideas? thanks craig
