Command Error prevents getting contact sheet in Elements 19

Just installed Adobe elements on my Mojave mac. How can I restore contact sheet? I have tried Elements 14 answer to no avail.

If you go to

(user)Library⁩\Preferences⁩\Adobe⁩\⁨Elements⁩\17.0⁩\Adobe Contact Sheet II⁩

and delete the

Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs

hopefully you should be able to use the Contact Sheet II plugin again.

To see your user Library, in the Finder Go menu press the Option key and then you should see Library listed on the Go menu.
