¿Cómo insertar un hipervínculo?

Uso el programa Phothoshop Elements y quiero saber cómo insertatr un hipervínculo en una imagen que he creado. El objetivo es que mi imagen al pinchar lleve a esa URL. Gracias

As far as I know, you cannot insert a hyperlink within an image format like jpg.  You need to use a markup language like HTML to create a hyperlink that can use an image as a reference.
