Computer Config for Elements 15

I am planning on purchasing a new computer in the near future to run Elements 15.   Following is a configuration I am considering and was wondering if Elements will perform well with this set up--Photography is just a hobby so I don't need the absolute fasts computer, but don't want to have to wait so long for edits that it becomes tiresome.  Would appreciate any advice or suggestions to any part of the following configuration.   Thanks!!
