confusion between premiere elements and Photoshop elements

I have just bought the photoshop elements 24 upgrade, but my accouint shows I have bought premiere elements, even though I paid the PSE upgrade price. When I try to activate PSE 24 from within the premiere app, it says my serial number in the account screen is invalid, presumably cos its for Premiere, not PSE. I'm stuck - what to do? Any help appreciated.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies in your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
